This Cancel and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for our web and mobile app development services. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Service Agreement
All clients must sign a Service Agreement before the commencement of any development work. This agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms.
2.2 Requesting a Cancellation
- Clients may request a cancellation of services at any time by providing written notice via email to info@digigotechnologies.com.
- Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days.
2.3 Cancellation Fees
- If the cancellation request is received before the commencement of the project, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the cancellation request is received after the commencement of the project, the client will be liable to pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. This amount will be deducted from any upfront payments made.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Upfront Payments
Upfront payments are required to secure our services. These payments are non-refundable unless the project is cancelled before the commencement of work.
3.2 Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@digigotechnologies.com.
- We will acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.
3.3 Refund Eligibility
- If the project is cancelled before any work has commenced.
- If there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline, and no alternative solution can be reached.
- If significant errors or issues in the final product, which are due to our development process, cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:
3.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changes in the client's business direction or strategy after project commencement.
- Delays or failures due to client’s lack of communication, provision of necessary information, or approvals.
- Completed milestones or deliverables that have been approved by the client.
3.5 Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds will be addressed through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled under the jurisdiction of Gujarat-Surat laws.
